New Commercial Experience - Price Proposals 2023

Zelta Alto Support is committed to providing the best in class service and technologies for its customers

As part of this Zelta Alto Support is adjusting how it does business with CSP partners in a move to improve readiness and price reliability.

Summary of key points:

  • We are seeing 5% to 10% increase cost to CSP and partner channel service across offerings like Rhipe CSP, Microsoft365, Google Cloud Platform, and 3CX subscriptions.

  • 20% increase on monthly plans expected from July 2023 from Rhipe CSP programs and Microsoft Partner Agreements, specifically.

​​

  • 5% discount on annual plan commitments, but not on all SKUs available. 

 

What do you need to do?

  • Nothing. yet.  We will be approaching you regarding the New Commercial Experience prior to July 2023 to ensure that you understand the new pricing options, including discounts applied on annual commitments.

  • We will be transitioning from legacy plans to NCE plans either annualised or monthly with prior notice.
